A lot of people have horror stories when they talk about stone countertops and fabricators. With you guys, I had the complete opposite experience! I decided to go with Blue Pearl on a gut feeling. Honestly I felt like I could trust you through the entire process. Teresa answered all my e-mails at all times. I was most impressed when she called me with concerns over the finish of the slab. It showed me she genuinely cared about the quality of the countertop and my happiness. I think that's pretty rare today. Overall, I'm so happy I chose Blue Pearl and I will hapilly recommend you to my friends in the future. |

Dear Teresa and Ken,
I just wanted to thank you both equally for the phenomenal job. I was so excited to get home tonight from work and see my beautiful new counters, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The counters look amazingly beautiful. The slogan of Blue Pearl that every countertop is a masterpiece was true, at least for my kitchen. And the service from both of you was always incredible. I'm not one to care much about customer service, either. I usually look for the best deal first and if customer service is good then that's simply a bonus.Not only do I feel like this was a great deal, but the customer service is enough to make me want to rave about the company to anyone who asks, and maybe even some people who don't. Both of you did a fantastic job, whether it was answering my questions or doing the actual install, or whatever else behind the scenes work was necessary to make everything seen so seamless. Great job.
