Natural Stone

Blue Pearl Natural Stone countertops are backed by a 1 year limited warranty.

Blue Pearl warrants the owner of the installation of natural stone countertops, that upon following the terms and conditions, Blue Pearl, at its option, will repair or replace, without charge, your natural stone countertops, provided that it is determined that the product has failed due to a defect in fabrication or installation during the first year from the installation date. 

Blue Pearl does not cover the repair of acid etching which occurs most commonly on marble and limestone but can occur with any stone.

This warranty covers natural stone installations that have been maintained according to the following recommendations:

  • Clean spills immediately

  • Use a PH Neutral or Non acidic cleaner, preferably one formulated for natural stone. Brands available in stores: Simple Green for Stone; Weiman Wipes and Spray for stone; Tenax; Fila; Dupont; Meyers Multi Use; Joy dishsoap (diluted), Granite Gold; Stone Care International

  • To prevent permanent staining, a sealer can be applied as often as desired, once a year for most types of stone. Some Brands available in stores: Bullet Proof; Miracle Sealants: Tenax Brand Stone Sealer; Granite Gold Sealer; Stone Care International Sealer. Sealer does not protect stone from etching. (especially Marble and Limestone )

  • We do not recommend use of ammonia or bleach cleaners.

  • Stains, should they occur, can be removed with baking soda and water. Make a paste, cover with plastic, and leave overnight or until dry.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical, chemical or other abuse, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, scratches or chips, settling or movement of cabinets or foundation, vibration from equipment, fire or weather, commercial uses, installation performed by others, exterior installations, showers or tub surrounds, fireplaces, improper care, vandalism, the dropping of heavy objects on the countertops or damage caused by other trades.

Except as provided in this limited warranty, Blue Pearl shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss of direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product in residential application covered by this warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover any additional or supplemental repairs or modifications, such as, for example, any plumbing, electrical, tile or wall surface modifications that may be necessary to repair or replace natural stone covered under this limited warranty.  

This limited warranty does not cover products not paid in full within 30 days of installation.

This limited warranty does not cover inherent aesthetic qualities of the material, including color, veining, natural fissures, water marks, finish, edging style or personal preference selections.

This warranty does not cover commercial installations

Caesarstone

U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. will warrant from the original date of installation material that fails due to any manufacturing defect when fabricated and installed by a CaesarStone Certified Fabricator. This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of failed material that has been permanently installed in your residence. The option to repair or replace the material is at the sole discretion of U.S. Quartz Products, Inc.

This Residential Lifetime Warranty is available only to the original owner of a single family residence in which CaesarStone has been originally installed. In the case of a newly constructed single-family residence, this warranty is available to the "first" owner purchasing the residence with CaesarStone permanently installed and is transferable according to the terms and conditions stated below.

Terms and Conditions

This warranty applies to product that was installed after February 15, 2008.
This warranty applies only to CaesarStone quartz surfacing materials and does not apply to any other products, including other quartz surfacing products manufactured or supplied by any other party, except U.S. Quartz Products, Inc.

This warranty applies only to CaesarStone quartz surfacing materials that have been permanently installed in the interior of single-family residences and have not been moved from their original installation. If after or during installation you decide that you do not like the color or finish you selected, that decision is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any residence where the owner is not the occupant.

This warranty does not cover materials and/or services that have not been paid in full.

This warranty applies only to materials that have been maintained according to the CaesarStone Care &

Maintenance guidelines. Care & Maintenance guidelines are available at www.caesarstone.com

To request service under this warranty you must contact the company who sold you CaesarStone or contact U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. directly at (877) 978-2789 within thirty (30) days of the failure of CaesarStone quartz surfacing materials.

Following installation, you must register your product within thirty (30) days in order to activate your warranty. Simply complete this online form. In the event that no record of your warranty is on file, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt or invoice showing the name of the Owner, Authorized Dealer and CaesarStone Certified Fabricator. Upon receipt of your original receipt or invoice showing the name of the Owner, Authorized Dealer and CaesarStone Certified Fabricator, U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. will fully honor this warranty even though no warranty is on file. You must agree to cooperate with U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. or its authorized agents in the inspection of the product and assist us in efforts to perform our obligations under this warranty.

This warranty is transferable under the following conditions: The original or first owner must have initially registered the warranty with U.S. Quartz Products as specified in item F. The original or first owner must submit to U.S. Quartz Products Inc. in writing the name, address and phone number of the new owner. The new owner will receive a prorated 10-year limited warranty, which is prorated from the original date of installation. In no event will the transferred warranty exceed ten (10) years from the date of the original installation.

In the event that CaesarStone quartz surfacing materials fail due to a manufacturing defect, U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace such materials. U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. will seek to obtain the best possible result, whether we decide to repair or replace your installation. However, exact color match is never guaranteed. All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. No representative, dealer, salesperson, distributor, fabricator or any other person is authorized to make any warranty or promises on behalf of U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. with respect to CaesarStone quartz surfacing products.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover use for any commercial purposes. Commercial use includes but is not limited to, use in a store, rental properties, office or any other place of business.

This warranty does not cover products installed in any outdoor application.

This warranty does not cover products used as flooring material.

This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse. Improper use or abuse includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling of the product, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse and damage from improper care and maintenance.

This warranty does not cover chips or other excessive impact damage in the product.

This warranty does not cover scratches. CaesarStone is a very hard material and highly scratch resistance but not scratch proof. Proper care must be exercised including the use of a cutting board as part of your care and maintenance.

This warranty does not cover routine maintenance. Routine maintenance includes but is not limited to, minor conditions such as removing stains and water spots by following the techniques specified in the CaesarStone online Care & Maintenance Guidelines at www.caesarstoneus.com.

This warranty does not cover failures due to fabricators/installers not following the prescribed fabrication and installation procedures as outlined by U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. Improper fabrication and/or installation is the sole responsibility of the fabricator and/or installer.

This warranty does not cover any defects that were visible at the time of fabrication and were not avoided during fabrication. Fabricators are required to perform a visual inspection of all materials prior to fabrication and again prior to installation.

This warranty does not cover seam appearance or seam performance, adhesives, caulk or other accessory items. Once the product is installed, the two main reasons for seam separation or cracking are the shifting or movement of the substrate, cabinets or foundation, and thermal shock. Thermal shock can occur when a hot pan, dish or other receptacle or object is left on the countertop for more than a brief period. Trivets or hot pads should always be used. These issues are not considered material defects and are subject to proper care and maintenance by the owner.

This warranty does not cover any chemical damage.

This warranty does not cover any creative use of the material including bending or curving.

This warranty does not cover material that has been milled or reduced in thickness.

This warranty does not cover the installation of sinks.

This warranty does not cover securing mechanical fasteners directly into the material.

This warranty does not cover any failures due to inadequate support for the installation. This includes overhangs in excess of the recommendations provided by CaesarStone which are inadequately supported.

This warranty does not cover any chips or cracks that are a result of "dry" cutting or polishing.

This warranty does not cover chips or cracks that are a result of not following the minimum requirements for edge details.

This warranty does not cover mitered edges where the joint is not cut correctly.

This warranty does not cover the altering of any factory applied finish. Only colors listed as available in our brochure, sample book or on our website as "honed" are eligible under this warranty. Any issues arising from the practice of "in-shop" honing are the sole responsibility of the fabricator.

This warranty does not cover temporary marks that are common to honed finishes such as metal marks, fingerprints or other signs of daily living. A signed "Special Care Considerations for CaesarStone Honed Finishes" form is required to be submitted to CaesarStone or its assigns to receive coverage under this warranty. This form must be signed by the end user/owner of the finished installation.

This warranty does not cover additional modifications such as plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets, flooring etc that may be necessary to repair or replace the CaesarStone product covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover natural variations in the color, size, shape and distribution of the pattern of the natural quartz or the natural variations in background tone. These characteristics are inherent and unique characteristics of the product. Color samples provided to consumers, dealers and fabricators are only representative and not an exact replication of what will be installed in your home.

This warranty does not cover what is referred to as spots or blemishes smaller that a U.S. ten (10) cent piece. A certain level of spots or blemishes are inherent in the manufacturing process and do not affect the structural integrity of the material.

CaesarStone materials contain important product information on the back of each slab. Removing this product information will void the warranty.

U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, job site conditions, and architectural/engineering design, and structural movement, acts of vandalism or accidents.

U.S. Quartz Products, Inc. shall not be responsible in either contract or tort for any loss of direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the products covered by this warranty. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR CAESARSTONE AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO CAESARSTONE AND U.S. QUARTZ PRODUCTS, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER NATIONAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL OR LOCAL LAW INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.


Piedrafina

PF Surfaces the Company, as seller, warrants the original purchaser of Piedrafina products for a period of two (2) years from the original date of installation. The warranty applies only to the material against any manufacturers defects. The warranty does not apply to improper application, fabrication and/or installation, improper maintenance or other causes that would result outside of manufacturing defects.

In the event that a failure does occur in the first two (2) years then PF Surfaces the Company at its expense will provide replacement material. PF Surfaces the Company will not provide the cost of labor for fabricating, removing or repairing the damaged material or any damage that may occur as a result of reinstalling new product.

All warranties must be registered through the PF Surfaces Company website at pfsurfaces.com or by contacting a company representative and obtaining a registration form within one (1) year of installation. The warranty is not transferable and subsequent purchasers will not be covered through this limited warranty.

Vetrazzo

Vetrazzo, LLC, manufacturer of Vetrazzo surface products, will warrant to the original purchaser of
installed Vetrazzo surface products for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of installation
that the surface products will be free from manufacturing defects, provided the surface products are
fabricated and installed by a Vetrazzo Authorized Fabricator. A list of Vetrazzo Authorized Fabricators
can be obtained by calling Vetrazzo, LLC at 510 234 5550 and is also available on the www.vetrazzo.com
website. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the failed surface product that has been
permanently installed in a single family residence. This warranty includes direct labor charges necessary
to repair or replace the product covered by this warranty.


The Residential Limited 10-year warranty is available only to the owner of a single-family residence in
which the surface product is originally installed or, in the case of a newly constructed single family
residence, to the first owner acquiring the residence from the builder thereof with the surface product
already permanently installed.

Terms and Conditions

A. This warranty applies only to Vetrazzo surface products.

B. This warranty applies only to installations that are permanently installed in residences and that have

not been moved from original installations.

C. This warranty does not cover surface products that have not been paid for in full.

D. This warranty only applies to surface products that have been maintained according to the Vetrazzo Use & Care Guide provided at the time of installation or available on the www.vetrazzo.com website.

E. To request service under this warranty you must contact the entity from which you purchased
Vetrazzo or contact the Warranty Administrator at Vetrazzo, LLC directly at 510-234-5550.

F. You must register your installation either by filling out the warranty registration card provided at
the time of installation or by registering the warranty online at www.vetrazzo.com. In the event that
no record of your warranty is on file you must provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of
your original receipt or invoice showing the name of the Authorized Dealer and Vetrazzo Authorized
Fabricator. You must agree to cooperate with Vetrazzo, LLC or its authorized agents in the
inspection of the product and will assist us in efforts to perform our obligations under this warranty.

G. This warranty is transferable during the warranty period to any subsequent owner of the residence
in which the surface product was originally installed, provided the original purchaser provides in
writing to Vetrazzo, LLC the name of the new owner and contact information. Under no
circumstances will this warranty exceed ten (10) years from the original date of installation.

H. All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of Vetrazzo, LLC and will be
communicated to the end user promptly.

Exclusions

1. This warranty does not cover use for commercial purposes.

2. Routine maintenance and minor conditions such as stains, acid etching and water spots that are a
function of proper care and maintenance and which may be corrected by following the techniques
specified in the Use and Care Guide are not covered.

3. Aesthetic variations in color, glass aggregate particle size and distribution are expected with the use
of recycled materials and are not considered a product defect.

4. This warranty does not cover products installed in outdoor applications.

5. This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse. “Improper use or abuse” includes, but is not

Please note that abusive treatment to product edging may result in chipping and loss of glass
aggregate. This is not considered a product defect and can often be repaired by an Authorized
Vetrazzo Fabricator at the customer’s cost.

6. This warranty is only valid if the surface product was purchased from an Authorized Vetrazzo
Reseller and installed by an Authorized Vetrazzo Fabricator.

7. This warranty does not cover failures due to fabricators not following the prescribed fabrication and
installation procedures as outlined by Vetrazzo, LLC. Improper fabrication or installation is the
responsibility of the fabricator/installer.

8. This warranty does not cover seam appearance or seam performance.

9. This warranty does not cover additional modifications such as plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets, etc.
that may be necessary to repair or replace the Vetrazzo product covered by this limited warranty.

10. Vetrazzo, LLC is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or part by acts of God, job site
conditions, architectural or engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism or
accidents.

11. This warranty does not cover products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at time
of installation, including but not limited to color variance or flatness deviation beyond defined
tolerances.

General Limitations

Vetrazzo, LLC’s obligation under the Residential Limited 10-Year Warranty is limited solely to the repair
or replacement of the failed surface product. Such repair or replacement, however, shall not include the
performance of any other repairs or modifications that may be necessary to achieve the actual repair or
replacement of the failed surface product (such as, for example, any plumbing, electrical, tile or wall
surfacing repairs or modifications). Such other repairs and modifications shall be the responsibility of the
customer. If Vetrazzo, LLC determines the likelihood of failure reoccurrence to be high, Vetrazzo, LLC
retains the option to refund the original purchase price or to offer a buy-out financial settlement for the
fabricated surface product and/or installation thereof paid by the customer in full and final satisfaction
of its warranty obligation hereunder. 

In order to obtain service under this limited warranty, you must permit your Authorized Vetrazzo
Fabricator or Vetrazzo, LLC’s authorized agents to inspect your Vetrazzo surface product at your
residence. Also, you must reasonably cooperate with your fabricator and Vetrazzo, LLC’s agents in the
efforts to service this limited warranty. 

Except to the extent expressly stated herein or otherwise required by applicable law, Vetrazzo, LLC
disclaims all warranties and representations, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including
without limitation, any implied or expressed warranties of noninfringement of third party rights,
satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Vetrazzo, LLC shall not be
responsible or liable, in either contract or tort, and whether or not Vetrazzo, LLC has been advised of the
possibility of such loss or damage, for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, direct, indirect,
special, consequential or incidental damages, arising out of the inability to use or delays in installation
of, or repairs to the surface products manufactured by Vetrazzo, LLC. 

This is the only warranty offered by Vetrazzo, LLC for its surface products. No one other than Vetrazzo,
LLC is authorized to make any warranty promise with respect to Vetrazzo surface products.


Difiniti

DIFINITI Quartz is warrantied for a period of 10 years from the date of installation to be free of manufacturing defects in residential interior applications.

While DIFINITI is heat resistant under normal cooking conditions, extreme heat may affect the beauty of any quartz surface. DIFINITI recommends the use of trivets for roasting pans, skillets and electronic countertop cooking devices. Damage caused by negligence, abuse or extreme heat is not covered under warranty. Normal wear of the product based on specific use, traffic and maintenance methods are to be expected and are not covered by this warranty. Eco

LIMITED 10-YEAR WARRANTY FOR NORTH AMERICA

Cosentino North America warrants to the original residential owner-occupants of installed ECO by Cosentino surfaces that for a period of ten (10) years from the date of manufacture of the ECO by Cosentino surfaces that have been installed in your single family residential home that your ECO by Cosentino surface is an eco-friendly material that includes at least 70%* post-industrial and/or post-consumer recycled content, contains eco-friendly resin, and that the ECO by Cosentino material will be free of manufacturing defects.  If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Cosentino North America will at its option, repair or replace the defective ECO by Cosentino product. 

*The amount of recycled and post-industrial and post-consumer content may vary from color to color.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS:

This limited warranty covers ECO by Cosentino surfaces that have been purchased from an Authorized ECO by Cosentino Installer or Dealer and have been permanently installed in your single family residence by an Authorized ECO by Cosentino Installer.

This limited warranty covers products that have been maintained according to the ECO by Cosentino surfaces Care and Maintenance guide provided free of charge at the time of installation, or obtained at www.cosentinowarranty.com. You may request additional copies of the Guide from your Authorized ECO by Cosentino Installer or Dealer or by visiting www.cosentinowarranty.com.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not cover claims made by subsequent owners of your home.

Cracks that occur from the use of crock pots, skillets or other hot items placed directly on the ECO by Cosentino surfaces are not covered by this warranty.  Caution: Do not use crock pots, skillets or other hot items directly on your ECO by Cosentino surfaces.  Always place them on a trivet or cutting board to protect your ECO by Cosentino from thermal shock.

This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by improper fabrication or improper installation.

Because ECO by Cosentino surfaces are made from recycled content and are intended to have a natural and nonuniform appearance, they are subject to variances including but not limited to color, shade, particle structure, pits, fissures, surface irregularities or other variances that may occur in the manufacturing process. These variances are not covered by this warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover any additional or supplemental repairs or modifications such as, any plumbing, electrical, tile or wall surface modifications that may be necessary to repair or replace the ECO by Cosentino product covered under this limited warranty; such other repairs and modifications shall be the responsibility of the customer.

This limited warranty does not cover products that have not been paid for in full.

This limited warranty does not cover products exposed to abnormal use or conditions, or abuse in any way.  “Abnormal use or conditions” includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, scorching or exposure to weather conditions, exposure to ultraviolet light, physical or chemical abuse, acid etching, damage from improper care and maintenance or damage from chipping, cracking, impact damage or breaking due to customer abuse.

This limited warranty does not cover outdoor uses.

This limited warranty does not cover seam performance.

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE:

This warranty covers ECO by Cosentino surfaces that have been maintained according to the following recommendations:

Clean all spills immediately.

To clean the surface, use a gentle general pH-balanced house cleaner or regular soap and water and a cloth.  Windex® or similar cleaners may be used.

Do not use any chemical sealant products as they will void this warranty.

The recommendations for properly maintaining ECO by Cosentino surfaces are not limited to the above recommendations.

In no event shall Cosentino North America be liable in either tort or contract for any loss of direct, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or any similar damages, including but not limited to loss profits damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the ECO by Cosentino products for residential applications covered by this limited warranty.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Cosentino North America makes no other warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to ECO by Cosentino products for residential use, except as expressly stated herein.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state or, in Canada, from Province to Province.

This is the only warranty offered by Cosentino North America for ECO by Cosentino surfaces for residential applications. 

No one other than Cosentino North America is authorized to make any warranty or promise with respect to ECO by Cosentino surfaces.


Hanstone

Metro Granite and Marble, Inc. offers several warranties for the countertops we fabricate including Caesarstone, HanStone, Zodiaq, and also Granite and Natural Marble Coutnertops. Granite and Natural Marble countertops are a natural product and as such, we do not offer warranties for these types of countertop surfaces. We do however, warranty our installation, and seams. Hanwha L&C Corporation (hereunder “Hanwha”) warrants to the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada that its product HanStone Quartz Surfaces,shall be free from defect in material under normal use and service, for ten (10) years from date of installation to the original purchaser.
Hanwha, at its discretion, will provide material only, to repair or replace product failures due to manufacturing defect during the 10 years following initial installation.
The professional fabricator/installer is responsible to inspect the HanStone material before fabricating and/or installing the HanStone product. It is also the end user’s responsibility to inspect the finished product before permanent installation. The user of HanStone¢â product assumes full liability for usage of HanStone¢â. This warranty applies to HanStone¢â Quartz Surface product only, for interior, commercial application(s) in North America. This warranty is non-transferable and is void unless the product has been paid for in full.

This Commercial Warranty for HanStone Quartz Surfaces does not cover:

Failure to comply with Hanwha’s recommended storage, handling, usage, fabrication/installation guide, and care & maintenance guidelines.

Fabrication or Installation Error.

Any harm, loss, injury, liability, or any expense, including, not limited to, labor, associated with original installation or repair or replacement.

Damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, exposure to extreme heat, act of nature, job-site conditions, or structural movement.

Installed HanStone Quartz Surface product that is removed from its original place of installation.

Seam Appearance or Performance.

Color variance or minor conditions such as stains or water spots.

Materials or product produced by other manufacturers, whether or not used in association with HanStone.

Without limitation, any indirect, punitive, or consequential damage or loss.

Any warranty or representation made on behalf of Hanwha by a third party without authorization by Hanwha.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as provided herein, Hanwha is not liable for any loss or direct, incidental, or consequential damages as a result of the inability to use HanStone.

To obtain service under this warranty, first contact the source from which the HanStone product was originally purchased. In addition, Hanwha or its authorized agents must be permitted to inspect the

Silestone

What this limited 15-year warranty covers:

Cosentino, S.A.'s warrants under this limited 15-year warranty exclusively to the original purchaser of the Silestone® quartz surfaces for only the repair or replacement of the defective product.

This limited 15-year warranty covers Silestone® quartz surfaces that have been permanently installed in your residence.

This limited 15-year warranty covers products that have been maintained according to the Silestone® quartz surfaces Care and Maintenance guide provided free of charge at the time of installation, or upon request, by the Cosentino USA Authorized Silestone® Installer or by Cosentino USA.

This limited 15-year warranty covers products that have been installed by a Cosentino USA Certified Silestone® Installer. If you are making a warranty claim, you, the customer, are responsible for proving that the product is Silestone® and that is was installed by a Certified Silestone® Installer.

This limited 15-year warranty covers products that have been registered with Cosentino USA within sixty (60) days of installation and that have the Silestone® product identifier affixed at the time of the warranty claim.

What this limited 15-year warranty does not cover:

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover color variances, thermal shock, chemical abuse, impact damages or defects by fabrication, misuse or improper fabrication.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover any additional or supplemental repairs or modifications such as, for example, any plumbing, electrical, tile or wall surface modifications that may be necessary to repair or replace the Silestone® product covered under this limited 15-year warranty; such other repairs and modifications shall be the responsibility of the customer.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover products that have not been paid for in full.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover uses of products for products exposed to outside weather and climate conditions, abnormal use or conditions, or abuse in any way. "Abnormal use or conditions" includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, exposure to ultraviolet light, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care and maintenance.

Cosentino, S.A. is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, or accidents.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover seam performance.

This limited 15-year warranty is non-transferable and does not cover claims made by subsequent owners of your home.

This limited 15-year warranty does not cover products that you, the customer decide you do not like after installation due to color, edging styles or other opinions based on personal preference.

You must register within sixty (60) days of installation to be eligible under this limited 15-year warranty.

In order to obtain service under this limited 15-year warranty, you must permit your Cosentino USA Certificate Silestone® Installer or Cosentino, S.A.'s authorized agents to inspect your Silestone® product at your residence. Also, you must reasonably cooperate with your installer and Cosentino, S.A.'s agents in the efforts to service this limited 15-year warranty.

Except as provided in this limited 15-year warranty, Cosentino, S.A. shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss of direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or in ability to use the product in residential applications covered by this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Cosentino, S.A. makes no other warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to its products, except as expressly stated herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state or, in Canada, from Province to Province.

This is the only warranty offered by Cosentino, S.A. for Silestone® quartz surfaces. No one other than Cosentino, S.A. is authorized to make any warranty or promise with respect to Silestone® quartz surfaces.
